Made to order, so patience is a virtue. Every piece is cut and sewn by me after you order. Production takes 4-8 weeks. Shipping time is separate and starts once your piece is finished.
How it ships. UPS or USPS with tracking. U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the day it ships.
Cost. Calculated at checkout.
International. Not yet, but we’re getting there!
Wrong address? Email me within your production timeline and changes can easily be made.
Something went wrong? If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, email sinnmaddie@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.
RETURNS And ADJUstments
All sales are final. Every piece is made to order for you, which means I can't resell it, so I don't accept returns or exchanges.
But I'll make it fit. If your piece doesn't fit the way it should, email me within 5 days of delivery at sinnmaddie@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos, and I'll adjust it.
If I messed up, like a wrong measurement, wrong fabric, or a flaw in the construction, I'll fix or remake it at no cost to you.
If it arrives damaged, email me within 5 days of delivery with photos.
Before you order: check the size chart carefully, and if you're between sizes or unsure, message me. I'd rather answer a question than do a rework.
Please note: adjustments are limited to fit. I can't swap fabrics, colors, or styles after production starts.
